Sales Tax



We are located in New York, New York, U.S.A. We are required by law to collect 8.375% sales tax from New York State residents or for purchases delivered within New York. New York sales tax is not applicable to merchandise shipped outside of New York to residents of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states. Shipping



Orders are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of order confirmation. Orders, which require setting of diamonds or re-sizing, require additional time, which is typically 3-5 business days from date of order.



Delivery details:





  • We use UPS and Federal Express as our preferred carriers
  • We also provide the options of USPS
  • Customers outside of USA may only use USPS as the shipping method
  • All packages are shipped Insured
  • All 2nd Day and Overnight Priority shipments require a signature upon delivery

  • You may request any other carrier to be used. We may require extra charges
    to be determined at time of order processing

  • Delivery is limited to the United States and a few select countries ONLY(please check if your country is on the list of safe shipping locations at the bottom of this page)

  • FedEx and UPS deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes

Warranty Guarantee


It is our aim to be the premier choice for diamonds and jewelry. Our merchandise carries a limited 15-day warranty, and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty does not, however, apply to items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer, and we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages that may subsequently occur.

Order Tracking


Upon receipt of e-mail with your shipment information, you may track your order at www.fedex.com and www.ups.com depending on the shipping method used.



Returns & Exchanges


Prior to returning any merchandise, please contact our Return & Exchange Dept. through "Contact Us" Form or by calling us at (800) 951-4753 Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization Number ( RA#). This number MUST be referenced on all paperwork accompanying your return, and must be marked on the outside of the shipping package.




  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery in original condition, in the original packaging AND with the security tag intact. All returns must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and original shipping papers. The RA# number must appear where indicated on the shipping document and written on the outside of the package; please indicate reference or refund or exchange where indicated.

  • All Returns must only be shipped to the address indicated in the RA instructions.
  • All returned merchandise will be inspected prior to issuance of refunds or exchanges.
  • The full cost of the return item will be refunded, EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance costs.
  • Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.



Custom work, special orders (including rings that have been sized), personalized or engraved items cannot be returned. However, we may replace an item, or exchange it for an item of equal value upon agreement with customer. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our part, or when the item is defective.




  • If the item is defective or not as ordered, the customer has the option of requesting a refund or an exchange for the purchase. We will provide service and repair to any jewelry that we sell.

Please contact our Customer Service Dept. via "Contact Us" Form if you have any questions concerning repairs or alterations.


  • We will not be responsible for any alteration made by any party other then us.
  • No refunds will be made for any repair work undertaken by a third party.
  • Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid (via Federal Express, UPS or U.S. Mail - Registered Delivery), and insured for the full purchase price.
